Vaaugo does not currently process orders or payments — our mobile apps are still in development, and this website does not sell anything. As a result, there is no refund activity to describe yet.

Once ordering through Vaaugo becomes available, we will publish a complete refund policy here, covering how refunds and cancellations are handled for food and parcel orders placed through the app.
